Barbara Hightower, founder and CEO of  REST, INC., brings over 25 years of extensive experience to the company.  During her career as a title examiner, residential and commercial real estate paralegal, and office manager Barbara Hightower acquired  knowledge, skills and hands on expertise which has provided her with a keen insight to the needs of the real estate closing marketplace.
