Entry level course that covers from the moment the contract is signed up to the preparation of the closing package and HUD Settlement Statement.  Each aspect of the "pre-closing" process is explored and tips are provided to insure smooth, trouble free closings.  Take this course and follow the road to making pre-closing a leisurely stroll down the pathway to successful closings.
