Residential Real Estate Loan Closing Seminar

This three Saturday seminar as been aptly nicknamed by our students as "Closing Boot Camp."  Come prepared to work hard and leave with all the knowledge you need to prepare HUDS and closing packages.  The seminar utilizes the textbook 1234 CLOSE which provides a  "paint by numbers" format and case study method to learning the intricate and complicated closing preparation process.

18 hour course/3 consecutive Saturdays

Course previously approved for 18 hours CLE and 1 hour of Professionalism.  Attorneys are responsible for obtaining credits and the payment any fees due in connection with obtaining credits.

Tuition:  $695.00 per student due 7 days prior to class date.

Late Registration:  $750.00 per student.
