This three hour seminar provides the bricks and mortar to build a strong foundation of organization and procedures.  Learn about File Management, Office Set-Up, IOLTA Bank Accounts, Marketing, Staffing, Disclosures, Privacy Issues, and Closing Resources.  Take the 7-UP test to check your knowledge and receive a copy to use when hiring.  The 7-UP test is a diagnostic test developed to help attorneys assess the knowledge and skill of job applicants.  Also provided is a complete office duty list to help  you make sure all of your bases are covered.
